About the Ferrari 312T4

Making its debut at the 1979 South African Grand Prix, the Ferrari 312T4 was Ferrari's first ground-effects F1 car and it tasted success immediately, with drivers Jody Scheckter and Gilles Villeneuve achieving a one-two finish. The following race was the US Grand Prix, where the two drivers once again had a one-two finish. With this auspicious start, the 312T4 went on to prove that it was a reliable machine, putting in consistent performances throughout the season, culminating in Scheckter claiming the Championship.

　

About the Model

Superbly detailed 3 liter flat 12 boxer engine complete with ignition wires and tubing.
Movable front & rear suspension.
Realistic synthetic rubber tires.
Body cowling can be detached to showcase internal details such as the cockpit.
Markings for No.11 Jody Scheckter and No.12 Gilles Villeneuve included.
Includes photo-etched parts for radiator, brake discs, pedals, vertical panels for front/rear wings, and seat belts for the ultimate detailed finish.
